What Novva Partners does with the details you send through the demo request form, the intervention request form, the technician application and the tracking lookup.

Who is responsible

Novva Partners is responsible for the data described on this page.

Demo form: what it collects

  • Your company, your role, the number of stores and of jobs per month.
  • How requests reach you today and the languages spoken in the field.
  • Your name, your work email and, if you give it, your phone number.
  • The days and time of day that suit you, and your message if you write one.
  • The language of the page and the date of the request.

Your IP address is not stored. Only a one-way fingerprint of it is kept with your request, to limit how many requests can be sent.

Intervention request form: what it collects

  • The type of request, the name of your company or store, and the store's address.
  • The date you want and, if you write one, a description of the fault.
  • Your email and phone number, and your name if you give it.
  • The language of the page.

Your IP address is not stored. Only a one-way fingerprint of it is used to limit how many requests, address searches and tracking lookups can be made.

Technician application: what it collects

  • Your name, email and phone number.
  • Your town and postcode.
  • Your CV, the skills you tick and your message if you write one.
  • The language of the page and the date you send it.

Your IP address is not stored. Only a one-way fingerprint is used to limit the number of sends.

Why

To prepare the demo you asked for, agree on a time and reply to you. For an intervention request: to handle it, send a technician and keep you informed of its progress.

For an application: to review it and contact you if your profile fits.

Where your data goes

  • Demo: an email with your answers goes to our sales team.
  • Demo: your request is saved in this site's database.
  • Demo: you receive an email with your reference. It repeats nothing you typed.
  • Intervention: the request reaches our team's inbox, which is notified by email, and it is saved in this site's database.
  • Intervention: you receive a confirmation email with your reference, the type and date of the request, and a tracking link.
  • Application: your answers and your CV are stored on this site. Only our team can open them, and it is told by email.
  • Application: you receive an email with your reference. It repeats nothing you typed.
  • Bot protection: when it is on, the forms and the tracking search go through Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives technical signals from your browser and your IP address to check that you are not a robot. None of your answers are sent to it.

Address suggestions

When you type the store's address, that text is sent from our servers to Photon, OpenStreetMap's address suggestion service. Your IP address is not passed on to it, nor is any other field of the form. If you pick no suggestion, the address you typed is kept as it is.

For an application, only the text of the Town field is sent to Photon, in the same way.

Tracking a request

To find your tracking page again, you enter the reference you received by email and the address the request was sent from. They are used to check that the two belong together, then to open a tracking link.

A tracking link is personal: with no account, it shows the intervention's status, the store, the assigned technician and the dates. Share it only with people who need to follow the request. Search engines do not index it.

On the tracking page, you can ask for an email at each step. We store your address and the page language, then send a confirmation email: without confirmation nothing else is sent and the address is deleted after seven days. Every update email has a link to stop. An address that stopped is deleted after 30 days, the others with the intervention.

How long we keep it

Your request is kept for three years after you send it, then deleted, or earlier if you ask.

For an intervention request, personal data is kept for three years after the intervention is closed, then deleted, or earlier if you ask. The reference, dates, type, store and amounts are kept for ten years, because invoices refer to them.

A request sent through the form that our team did not turn into an intervention is deleted three years after its last update, together with its tracking link and the addresses following it. If our team dismisses it, it is deleted six months later.

If your application is turned down, you are told by email, and it is deleted with its CV six months after the refusal. Otherwise it and its CV are deleted two years after it was sent, or earlier if you ask.
